Soda Peak Serving Size: Why Does the Panel Say Two When the Label Says One or Two?

The soda peak serving size is printed on the Supplement Facts panel, and the directions on the side say something slightly different. This page shows both and explains the gap.

This page keeps to the label and the pages of this site, and it marks plainly what is not published. The review process page explains how pages are written and checked.

Soda peak serving size: the back of the SodaPeak bottle with the Supplement Facts panel

Quick answer

The soda peak serving size is two capsules, with 30 servings in a 60-capsule bottle and 1,200 mg of Test Boost Proprietary Blend per serving. The directions allow one or two capsules daily. At one capsule you take half the serving. The label prints no separate figure for one capsule.

What is the soda peak serving size on the panel?

The Supplement Facts panel states a serving size of two capsules and 30 servings per container. Sixty capsules divided by two is thirty, so the count and the serving agree. The panel then lists one line of content: Test Boost Proprietary Blend, 1,200 mg, with the Daily Value not established.

Everything printed on the panel is measured against that serving. When you read the 1,200 mg figure, it means per two capsules. It does not mean per capsule.

How does the soda peak serving size fit the directions?

The suggested use on the side reads: take one (1) or two (2) capsules daily with an 8 oz glass of water. So the label allows a range. The panel describes the top of the range as its serving.

The two are both true and they describe different things. The panel tells you what a serving holds. The directions tell you how much you may take in a day. If you take one capsule, you are taking half a serving, and the panel does not print a figure for that.

Key facts

  • Serving size: 2 capsules. Servings per container: 30.
  • Blend per serving: 1,200 mg, Daily Value not established.
  • Directions: one or two capsules daily with an 8 oz glass of water.
  • One capsule is half a serving. The label prints no figure for it.
  • A 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days at two a day or 60 days at one.

What does the soda peak serving size mean in numbers?

If you takeBlend per dayDays a 60-capsule bottle lasts
1 capsule a day600 mg60
2 capsules a day1,200 mg30

The 600 mg figure is plain division of 1,200 by two. It is not printed on the label. The split of the blend among its eight ingredients is not published either, so no per-ingredient figure exists for one capsule or for two.

Packs of one, three or six bottles hold 60, 180 or 360 capsules. At two a day those cover 30, 90 and 180 days. See the pricing section for the pack cards.

Which soda peak serving size should you pick?

The label does not choose for you. A cautious reader may start with one capsule and stay there. Another may take two from the start. Both are inside the label. Which suits you is a question for your doctor, mainly if you take medicine or have a known condition.

Pick one number and keep it steady for the whole bottle. Changing halfway makes it impossible to learn anything from your own notes. The routine builder on the home page lets you plan a dose and a pack together, and it is a planning aid, not a medical rule. Our post on one bottle shows what one bottle covers.

What is the upper limit on the soda peak serving size?

The caution beside the directions says not to exceed the recommended dose. So two capsules a day is the ceiling. Taking more is outside the label, and with eight ingredients in undisclosed amounts there is no way to know what a larger dose would mean.

If you feel unwell, stop and speak to your doctor or pharmacist, and keep the bottle with you. Trouble breathing, chest pain or a swollen face call for emergency care right away. For order questions, call +1 (302) 200-3480.
